Main Components:

1. 10,000 kg Hydraulic Loading Car & Decoiler: A V-type loading car and a single-head hydraulic decoiler handle coils up to 10 tons and 1600 mm in width. The decoiler features hydraulic mandrel expansion, a motorized drum with adjustable speed, and laser sensor control for smooth operation.
2. Hydraulic Routing Platform & Straightener: The automated routing platform with a bending arm feeds the sheet into the straightener, which features 13 hardened steel rollers (9 for straightening) to ensure perfectly flat material.
3. Servo Feeder & Guillotine Shear: A Siemens-powered servo feeder provides precise length control. The guillotine shear is equipped with high-carbon, multi-edged blades for clean cuts up to 2 mm thick.
4. Conveyor & Stacking Unit: A Siemens-powered servo feeder provides precise length control. The guillotine shear is equipped with high-carbon, multi-edged blades for clean cuts up to 2 mm thick. Conveyor & Stacking Unit: A 3-meter motorized conveyor with PVC coating transports cut sheets to the automated stacking unit. The stacker has a 4-ton capacity and is pneumatically adjustable for finished stacks up to 1600x3000x400 mm.
